Description
This challenge will help guide participants in how to eat a diet that’s filled with nutrient-dense, whole foods and encourages daily exercise, in order to help reduce body fat, particularly visceral fat that can build up in the spaces between and around internal organs like the stomach. Participants will receive a month-long meal plan and recipes, along with a month-long workout schedule.
