Exercise Logs

You have many choices of what you can eat and if you wish to exercise each day. Try to take some time each week to think through your exercise and eating habits for the coming week. Just open a form, print it out or save it on your computer by clicking File-Save As. At the end of your week take time to look back on what you actually accomplished and compare it to your plan.
