This program is designed to be performed in a circuit one exercise after another with little to no rest. Once you have completed every exercise once you have completed one round. A 1-3 minute rest will be taken at the end of each round. The goal is to rest one muscle group whole working another. Perform the warm-up before starting each the program for each day.

All of the exercises are focused on improving function of the body. These exercises will mostly be large movements that work multiple parts of the body. All of these exercises can be performed with or without equipment but he most important part is the movement itself!

These are small low intensity activities to perform on a daily basis. Do these before or after your regular workout or yoga flow.

Complete all 4 days within a week. Do your daily activities on your off days.
