Sautéed Cinnamon Apples

                - 1 tbsp margarine
 - 2 large granny smith apples peeled and chopped
 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 3 tbsp water
 - 1 tbsp honey or two packets artificial sweeter

    Instructions
    
                - Heat margarine in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add apples and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
 - Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
