o This package includes 3 comprehensive dietary assessment and ongoing sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) covering eating habits, medical history, and lifestyle factors. Our RDN then provides nutrition therapy recommendations and education based on individual needs and goals. This is inteneded to help individuals get started in the right direction and provide clarity on any major areas of misunderstanding or misinformation one may have.
o We focus on helping people learn how all foods can fit into a healthy diet in moderation. Our RDNs help you learn why you choose the foods you do and how to create healthier habits that can last long-term.
