Description
The goal of this challenge is simple: drink more water. People enrolled in this challenge are encouraged to drink >64 ounces of noncaffeinated non-sugar sweetened beverages a day. Throughout the 30 days of this challenge participants are asked to fill out daily accountability questions about their fluid intake and are provided with education about why hydration is so important for our bodies. Each week includes recipes, wellness tips, and motivation to help participants stay motivated to drink more water!
