Initial Dietitian Consult (Package 1):
· Full RD Assessment and Consult- 60 minutes:
o This package includes a comprehensive dietary assessment with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) covering eating habits, medical history, and lifestyle factors. Our RDN then provides nutrition therapy recommendations and education based on individual needs and goals. This is a one-time assessment that can help individuals get started in the right direction and provide clarity on any major areas of misunderstanding or misinformation one may have.
o We focus on helping people learn how all foods can fit into a healthy diet in moderation. Our RDNs help you learn why you choose the foods you do and how to create healthier habits that can last long-term.
