Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh chopped strawberries
- 2 peaches, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 6 oz non-fat, peach flavored Greek style yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup ice
