Description
This challenge will guide participants in how to eat a diet that is filled with nutrient-dense, whole foods. It also encourages and emphasizes the effects of daily exercise and explains how the combination of these two actions aid in body fat reduction (particularly visceral fat that can build up in the spaces between and around internal organs like the stomach). Participants will receive a month-long meal plan, many recipes, and a physical activity schedule that includes 3 workouts per week. Each week will consist of motivation, nutrition tips, workouts, and weekly 1 on 1 support from your dedicated coach via the app messaging system.!
