    Ingredients
    
                - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 small onions, chopped
 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped
 - 1 1/4 cups sliced zucchini
 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
 - 1 tablespoon dried basil
 - 1 can  (8 oz) no-salt-added tomato sauce
 - 1 can (6 oz) no-salt-added tomato paste
 - 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
 - 1 cup water

    Instructions
    
                - In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil. Sauté onions, garlic, and zucchini in oil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
 - Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
